1. PAYMENT: You understand that this collective is an ongoing automatically renewing membership. After this initial discount for your first month you will be automatically charged on a monthly recurring basis of $27/month for your participation in the collective unless you're opting to pay for the 3 months or 6 months recurring subscription. You can cancel and opt at any time, and understand that you must reach out to us directly in order to do so before your next payment goes through for there are no refunds on already processed payments. If you cancel and you're on a 3 or 6 month subscription you will still have access to any months you've prepaid for. This is both to encourage you to keep a regular rhythm of connection with yourself and our work together, and to make it possible to keep the membership cost low for everyone. Organizing and facilitating this kind of space takes work, it takes organizing as well as the inner work and years of experience I’ve had to hold a deep space of this kind. Your monetary and energetic contribution is an honoring of all that as well as an energetic exchange to ensure you get the most out of it. My hope is that you return again and again, and give your Self the gift of prioritizing YOU within this community.

2. LIABILITY AND HEALTH: You understand that as a specialized form of transformational and embodiment coaching this is not the same as professional or licensed therapy; and that you are always free to reject any advice, suggestions or requests made by Melanie at any time. In the event that you feel the need for professional counseling or therapy, it is your responsibility to seek a licensed professional. You further acknowledge that during the sessions there may be weaved in movement and yoga based practices that include physical activity. You understand such movement/exercise can enhance the musculoskeletal and cardio-respiratory systems. You also understand there are inherent risks in participating in a program of movement included, and the potential for unusual, but possible, physiological results including, but not limited to, abnormal blood pressure, muscle soreness, fainting, heart attack or death. You also understand that you are not obligated to perform nor participate in any activity that you do not wish to do, and that it is your right to refuse such participation at any time. You understand that should you feel lightheaded, faint, dizzy, nauseated, or experience pain or discomfort, you are to stop the activity and inform Melanie Elkin.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: You understands that by using Essence’tially You’s services and enrolling in the circle collective, you release the Company, officers, employers, employees, independent contractors, directors, related entities, trustees, affiliates, and successors from any and all damages that may result from anything and everything. You further understand that coaching is not meant to be a substitute for professional advice or treatment, or psychiatric treatment or therapy.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All intellectual property, including Essence’tially You’s copyrighted course materials, shall remain the sole property of the Company. No license to sell or distribute Company’s materials is granted or implied.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY: I honor the confidentiality of everything discussed with you. You, understand that information pertaining to logistics may be shared with my assistant in support of your needs getting met.

6. NO GUARANTEES: I, Melanie Elkin, make no representations or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding performance of this Agreement other than those specifically enumerated herein. You accept that, because of the nature of Essence’tially You services and extent of your participation in the program exercise(s)/recommendation(s), the results experienced by participants significantly vary. You accept responsibility for such variance. Melanie Elkin, is not responsible for any decisions made by participant as a result of the services provided, or as a result of the program, or of any consequences of those decisions.
