Your Medicine Within is a yearlong path of transformation for a small group of 10 women. Together, we will walk a sacred camino—through the depths, through the unraveling, through the remembering.
Along the way, you will be guided by three powerful retreats in some of the most sacred lands in the world:

In the lush jungle, surrounded by life itself, we will deepen into the practice of embodied expression—movement as prayer, dance as ritual. Here, we cultivate the power to stand fully inside our bodies—to not just know our medicine, but to live it.

Ancient lands. Plant wisdom. Deep ritual. You will sit with the medicine of the land, the wisdom of elders, the power of nature to mirror your own inner journey. You will release what no longer serves, shedding the old skins, making space for your full emergence.
