A personal story I haven’t shared this intimately before {plus some self love practices}

Wow, this past month has been dynamic for me and I can feel myself at another edge of growth.

A new website coming soon, new photos, new offerings birthing behind the scenes, leading a kick ass retreat for my 12 month group program, playing in new ways with my 6 month group program, and SO much more.

How about you? Are you feeling the growth vibes?

As we closed out February and entered in March it happens to be NEDA week; NEDA stands for National Eating Disorder Association.

Every year around this time they create a week to bring awareness around eating disorders, an illness that people often experience hiding and shame around.

This is very close to my heart because for years I struggled with Anorexia. It started when I was 12 and then I relapsed when I was 18 and almost lost my life to it.

One of the main reasons why I am SO passionate about the work I do with women through Yoga’licious is because I have been to rock bottom and I now know it is possible to live a life cherishing, nurturing, and expressing your essential self!

I have teamed up with Yoga and Body Image Coalition this week in support ofNEDA awareness week to share more of my story and some inspiration around self love in a blog series.

Whether you have ever experienced an eating disorder or not, my sense is you have your version of not loving yourself and caring for your unique essential expression!

This is big for me share this blog with you and the world, because for many years I felt scared to express and share myself around something that I used to feel shame around.

Can you relate?

The title of the article is NO matter what, would you still be willing to know and experience yourself as lovable? I get very personal and candid in ways I have not shared before about my experience with Anorexia.  I also share 10 self love possibilities you can try on this very moment (no matter where you are on your journey, it is relevant for everyone :)).

Enjoy, and today (and really all days)  I invite you to celebrate the magnificent animal that you are!

Big love,
