Prioritize your own well-being. Some inspiration, and ideas inside this email.

Hello beautiful soul,

It’s been a little while since I connected with you. I hope you’re enjoying your Summer and taking space to be with yourself in whatever cycle you are in.

This past month I got to lead my Women’s Group Program Retreat in Hawaii, and I feel so moved and touched by what got co created with me, the women, the land, and so much more.

Being in Hawaii on the land with these women, getting to share and support the remembering of returning to their true nature through nature was so healing for them and for me.

I have so much more I want to share with you about this experience in hopes of inspiring you to remember your own true nature and as I sit down to connect with you today here’s what I want to remind you of…

This present moment. This life. Life can be so multi-faceted and downright intense at times as we continue to experience and see in our collective.

Through the ebbs and the flows may you remember to tend to your heart.

To take care of you amidst the noise.

To prioritize your own well-being even as you advocate and give voice to what you care about.

May you remember to love. To love yourself. To love others. To smile at a stranger.

To remember the power of a sunset.

To care for your tender heart and feel deeply in times of transition.

To remember your center amidst a world that is often spewing so much fear.

And to remember there is still beauty in this world.

I invite you this week to consider a few practices you could call on to support you in remembering and tending to your own center. It’s such a powerful and important practice, especially if you find yourself feeling a bit taken by the waves of life. And even if you find yourself in a high moment, it’s also still so essential and supportive to care for your own wellbeing.

Make it simple and easeful for yourself. Let whatever you choose be from a space to support not demanding more of yourself. Give yourself the opportunity to care for you as though you would care for someone you love unconditionally.

A few ideas to get you started:

  • Watch the sunset and let yourself bask in the beauty of nature
  • Take 5 minutes a day to lay on the Earth and receive the grounding effects
  • Close your eyes and connect in with your inner wisdom, ask your higher wisdom self what you most need to know today
  • Write yourself a love note (it can be short and sweet)
  • Smile at yourself in the mirror
  • Put on your favorite song and move in a way that feels nourishing in your body

While these all may seem simple, it’s what is underneath them that really makes such a difference. To really be in the practice of returning to yourself, and caring deeply for you.

I’d love to hear what you’re playing with and feel free to share with me what’s coming through for you.

I look forward to continuing to create connections with you, and in the coming months I am continuing to make big changes in my personal and professional life, and so I plan to share more as the timing feels right. For now, I see you, I receive you, and I cheer you on.

With love,
