When your life is in transition

Hello Beautiful Soul,

How are you? I am intending you’re feeling well, and taking good care of your whole being as you navigate life’s ebbs and flows. And if you’re in more of the ebb right now, know I see you and sending some extra tender care.

While life continues to ramp up my intention, always, for our time together via these emails is to add value to your day, and to hopefully inspire you to keep coming back to caring for you, and feeling the courage and trust to embody your truest nature so you feel most alive and yourself in this lifetime.

Today I want to share with you a poem that I heard after listening to a podcast the other day. This poem touched me deeply and I have a sense it may resonate for you.

The poem really speaks about the junctures we all experience in this life. And especially when you’re on this path of depth and returning to your own inherent knowing and wisdom, there are moments where life feels disorienting as you’re growing and evolving. That the ways we knew, while helpful and necessary, we can outgrow and this poem is a supportive salve to help you navigate that transition.

I hope you enjoy it, see below!

Also, I want to let you know I am feeling inspired to hold a virtual gathering soon, and so in the next few weeks you’ll be hearing from me with more details about it! My intention for the gathering is that it will be a supportive half day retreat to nourish your soul and space to pause, connect, reflect, and feel located in soul nourishment so that you can meet life’s ebbs and flows from a more grounded, alive, and connected space.

I will be keeping it an intimate circle, so definitely look out for details, and if this piques your interest and you want to make sure you don’t miss the details, just send me a quickie email, and I’ll be sure to reach out to you.

Sending much care for now,
